Mobile Phones and iPads:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 21 days of the purchase date, provided that the item is in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories. If the product is faulty, you have 28 days to return it for a refund or exchange.

For mobile phones, we offer a 24-month warranty with a swap-out facility if the product becomes faulty after 28 days. Please contact our customer service team if you experience any issues with your mobile phone.

Business Sims

For Business Sims, please note that there is no 14-day cooling-off period once the contract has been signed. You do not have the right to cancel your contract unless you experience no signal issues. We advise you to use the coverage checker that is provided in the product description before purchasing to ensure that you will have sufficient signal coverage. If you experience any issues with your signal, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Laptops, desktop computers, and computing accessories, e.g. monitors, keyboards etc:

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that the product has not been opened. If the product has been opened, we cannot accept a return due to health and safety reasons. Please note that the item must be in its original packaging and in a resalable condition for the return to be accepted.

All laptops, desktop computers, and computing accessories come with a manufacturer warranty. Please refer to the warranty information provided by the manufacturer for details on how to make a warranty claim.

Apple iMacs, MacBooks:

All Apple iMacs and MacBooks come with a 1-year warranty. If you experience any issues with your Apple product, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Please note that the warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or misuse of the product.

Refunds:

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
